From October 2019 MGU’s TV series “Black Flower” is available on Amazon, the biggest international VOD platform.
“Black Flower” is a four-episode melodrama produced by Fresh Production Group for TV Channel “Ukraine” in 2016, starring Ivanna Sakhno, Viktoriya Malektorovych, Richard Lepers, Gediminas Storpirshtis, Viktor Saraykin and others.
The plot tells of a great love story that evolves in the setting of the Chernobyl disaster. After graduating from a pedagogical university, Lera arrives in Pripyat, one of the best provided cities in the Soviet Union, to work as a school teacher. Here she meets the love of her life – a nuclear engineer Vitas, with whom she dreams to create a family. However, the events of April 1986 change the character’s lives irrevocably.
