Millions of years later humans become extinct, and insects evolve and start their own civilization. It is much like the former human society but with its own peculiarities. Bugs build cities, develop science and arts and create families which may consist of representative of different species. For instance, a spider may be married to a fly, while their children are an ant and a caterpillar.
The bugs have lost their abilities, and now they are more like humans: flies don’t fly, spiders don’t spin cobweb or eat flies and so on. However, they still have some old instincts and habits, like butterflies are drawn to light, while cockroaches can’t rise when they fall on their backs. The story tells of the life of the Crickets, an ordinary family.
